Fast and friendly. I had the Oyster dinner which was disappointing..overbreaded, little and tasteless. Generous portions.

NOBODY IS WEARING MASKS AND IF THEY ARE ITS NOT ON OR UNDER THERE NOSE. THERE NOT FOLLOWING THE LAW /CDC ORDER. PLEASE NOBODY GO THERE THERE NOT SAFE AT ALL!!!’ I DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH MY FOOD THERE NOT WEARING MASKS! There not following the capacity. I think DOH SHOULD COME IN DO INSPECTION.

Great diner. Good variety and very good food.

Always very friendly staff. Their dessert showcase is smack in the front and their desserts look amazing, but I'm always too full to actually order one! But I definitely oodle them with my eyes! And I personally think their soups are pretty good!

Food was good. Staff was nice as well. Place feels old and ran down though. Probably wont be back.

Great place to get good food at very reasonable prices all in a familiar diner atmosphere. Service was friendly and quick. I had the Monte Cristo and it was delicious! Definitely a place we plan on visiting again and again.

The food isn't anything super special, I feel like I was treated as an inconvenience to my waitress and all the staff have their masks hung around their chins....The mask mandate isn't fun for anyone but the least you could do is wear them correctly. Also condiments, sugar packets, etc on my table were there when I got there and remained there after I left - meaning that they could easily be contaminated. Extra silverware was left on my table and kept for the next party, they didn't even wipe down my table when i left (just cleared my plate and place mat). I picked at my food, paid, and left. They're not taking steps to keep customers safe and their restaurant clean during a global pandemic so what does that say about how they operate under "normal" circumstances.

Great family diner with a long history upholding such a reputation of being more than accomodating large groups and serving those customers swiftly with wholesome hospitality. Perfect for Sunday mornings before and after church services for many.

To be fair, group of 8 and we arrived at 6 when they opened. Food was decent but nothing special for sure. Service was fair but kitchen slow.

Friendly service and good food

I often meet people at the Centerville Diner for a breakfast or lunch meeting. Service is ALWAYS good, Staff is very outgoing. The owner, Mo, is a very warm and inviting host as he traverses the dining room. He and the staff are the primary reasons for my routine visits. The burgers are GREAT....charbroiled and just crispy enough.

The kitchen is very slow. You're waiting for less than decent food. Over priced. Place has the pulse of an old folks home.

Excellent burger and fries. Also very good is tuna, chicken and egg salad trio. Double chocolate cake for dessert, yummy!

Breakfast with Santa all you can eat. Well, they decided not to do the all you can eat for some reason. Very disappointed. Came very hungry, met a friend there too. Waitress was nice but uninformed. She had to go all about the AYCE. My food arrived not hot, rather room temperature. Over easy eggs arrived with one broken. The potatoes were not hot and had been cooked so long that the only texture was the crispy top, the inside was mush and completely unseasoned. The rye toast was excellent. Other than having to wait an inordinate amount of time to be served, service after that was fine.

Ok food. Presentation of Desserts look delicious but must of been sitting for awhile. Not fresh n fruit was mushy😞

Very nice, good food, and the waitress was very good. And the amount of food for 2 of us could feed 4.

We have a monthly class breakfast at Centerville Diner and always enjoy having Stacy as our server. She never gets flustered and is very patient with us old folks! ;-) The food is great, too.

Great waitress and conversion. Meal selections for all day long are really plentiful. Have to go back just for dessert.

We go here often when parents are in town. In average I would give 4 stars as some times the service is slow or forgetful but the food and cost is good. However on a recent visit they started mopping floors while we were there and the chemical smell was overbearing causing us to gag and cut our visit short. It took us saying something for them to tell the staff to stop while customers were eating. Simple mistake and we will prob go back again

Service was terrific. My burger was cooked just the way I liked it. Everyone in our group agreed our server went out of her way to accommodate us, as well each enjoyed their meal. We were given plenty of time to visit with our party. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because the dessert menu on the tables were nasty dirty. I looked at other tables and they were the same. These need to be wiped daily or replaced. Other than that we will go again. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Never really had a bad thing to say about this place and the owners are awesome along with the staff

You get what you expect here. This is a local diner, much like any other diner. It's of average quality. Good pancakes that are really cheap. Overall, we enjoy going here and would recommend it, but it's not the place to take a date.

Very nice place! We had breakfast and it was really good! They were big portions and the square plates were really cute! The scrapple was perfectly cooked. We are headed back to this place ASAP! Love the waitresses there!

Masks by servers were worn under their chins. Owner had no mask. No safe. Food excellent but will not return due to unsafe environment.

The food is good but every person we interacted with was rude and had an attitude my friend got shamed for not leaving a good enough tip but the woman didn’t know she left cash on the table. Rude af

It seemed as if we were doing them a favor for dinning there. Ordered a fried ham dinner and a cheese burger platter. My wife ordered a cheese burger platter and chilli. How the waitress wrote the check up was so complicated that we asked the manager to break it down...who then went back to the waitress. He Came back and said it was the cheeseburger I ordered. I said here it's listed. He than went back and brought back the waitress. The waitress said she wrote two checks because of all the food I ordered. I asked here what she's does with a party of six...six different checks! I'll never find out that's for sure!!

The food was excellent I will definitely be dining there again and the service was awesome.

Love going to breakfast there. Food is always hot and the order is always correct. Service is great. I have had their eggs, omelets, pancakes and different meats. Love their sausage links.

Was not sure about this place. The inside looked old and rundown. Wife and I got half lb burgers and kids got grilled cheese. The food was good! No complaints there at all. At first I asked why did w re choose this place and when I left I was satisfied! Spruce up the place a little bit and you will have yourself a good establishment.

Their meals are hit or miss. Same meal, no consistency. Some days the coffee is great, others its like water. Some days the meatball is awesome, and Other days its 2 meatballs sliced in half to fill the bun.

Seats are comfortable. Menu is pricey.

Fantastic place for dining. Family greets you at the door. Food is great. So many choices. Service is great. . Always done here when in Lancaster, PA.
